At SER&I I use a research-oriented stakeholder engagement process to capture the range of perspectives and insights relevant to a given issue or problem.
Using semi-structured interviews I spend time exploring the issue with representatives of the range of groups who are interested in, or affected by it. Over the course of the interviews, ideas emerge and are tested and refined. Through analysis of the interview data I build a holistic view of the issue and the solution space, revealing areas of consensus and areas of divergence.
The process identifies innovative solutions and helps to build the social capital through which positive change can be achieved.
